Terms and conditions The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday but any special requests can be made to us by e mail All bedding and towels provided A Welcome pack of the area will be avalible in the cottage and the number of the caretaker if you should need to contact them. Heating costs will be covered in rental during months of May to October. Outside these times £20 supplement per day will be added to the rental for use of heating. A refundable deposit against damages will be required of £200 to be sent to Mr & Mrs Franklin 4 weeks before your holiday which will be destroyed or returned after your vacation. The property is for 2 persons only, anyone using the property for more than 2 persons will be asked to leave. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental will be payable on confirmation of the booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Changeover day - in high season is
