A Charming rural cottage with private swimming pool, set in the Célé valley 10 minutes from the market town of Figeac.
Recently renovated with all modern facilities, it is the perfect place to explore the Lot and Célé valleys with all their history and beauty or just while away the days around the private pool.
The house is a very pretty detached 1 bedroom stone gîte, ideal for couples.
It is completely self contained with a fully equipped
kitchen, a double bedroom and a fully tiled shower room with
separate toilet.
Outside there are two private terraces with BBQ equipment, table & chairs and not forgetting your very own private pool.
The property lies just outside the picturesque village of
Camboulit, located in the beautiful rolling countryside of the southern Lot.
Figeac
is a typically medieval French town with all amenities famous for its
connections with Champollion and the rosetta stone.
The river célé
is 10 minutes walk away which offers fishing, bird watching and other water
based activities.

The property
The inside of the property is set on two floors the down stairs has a self contained kitchen incorperated in the open plan living area, it is well lit with 3 windows and is ,,,, facing. a door leads out to the balcony which looks onto a grassed area, there are steps leading down to bbq area and newley installed private swimming pool.
Up stairs there is a seperate tiolet room and double bed with bathroom with shower off from the bedroom.There ae windows looking out to both front and back of the house.
The nearest town is Figeac ,,, mins away from the cottage offers a wide range of activites and liesure including canoeing,horse riding, tennis, walking, cinema, activitie and animal parks along with monkey park, bee centre and spectaculer sites to visit, fine archetecture and museums, deliseous french resturants and the wine region of Cahor is only 45 minutes away. In the holiday season there is a wide range of theatre, markets and music in the area.
There are so many activities and places of interest the local tourist information centre (English speaking) can help you choose from the wide variety of things to do and see.

The cottage has everything you need for a relaxing holiday any special requests can be made to the care taker by e mail

Heating costs will be covered in
rental during months of May to October. Outside these times £20 supplement will
be added to the rental for use of heating.
A refundable deposit against damages will be required of £100 on arival.
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the rental will be payable on confirmation of
the booking with the balance payable 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Changeover Day - in high season is Saturday. For the rest of the year this is flexible.
The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival. You are requested to
vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure. contact the caretaker fo
rany requests on arrival and departure.
We strongly advise that you arrange full travel, accident and health insurance
